When I first heard this guy Armie Hammer, I thought he had a pretty unfortunate name. Then I found out that this poor guy’s name is actually Armand Hammer. Arm. And. Hammer. The fact that he’s named after his great-grandfather doesn’t excuse his parents. Good thing he’s 6′5″ so hopefully he didn’t get beat up too much as a kid. I guess I would go by ‘Armie’ too. What does this have to do with anything? Oh yeah, he’s just been confirmed by IESB as the guy who’s going to play Batman in the JLA movie. At least his portrayal of ‘Abercrombie Boy’ in the upcoming movie “Spring Breakdown” gives me confidence that he’s the right guy for the role. Sigh…
